Purchasing on grademart is very easy. To place your order, Please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Go to Grademart.com If you are a first time user, register your details. Or else login to your grademart account.
- Browse through their selection of products.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase.
- Click on "Checkout". Alternatively, click on "View Cart" button at the top of the page.
- And then fill your shipping address then click on "Next" button.
- Enter the payment method, Verify the address you entered. Finally Click on "Place Order" button.
You'll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.
Once your order has been processed you will be presented with a "Thank You For Your Purchase!" This is confirmation that your order has been placed. Your order number will populate when you place an actual order. You will also receive an email confirmation. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders.

Shipping Information
It often takes 2-5 working days to get the product delivered at your door steps. However for some products delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery location and the size of the order.
We will call you and confirm your availability and reschedule the delivery for you. If you are not available within 24 hours or during the second attempt, the product will be return to us.
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders. (or)

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Grademart account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to change it if you need to.

Cancellation and Returns

Once the refund is approved at our end, your refund amount will be credited to your grademart wallet account, which can be utilised for your next purchase on grademart.com. It may take 2 to 3 days to complete the refund to your wallet account.
We will be unable to fulfill your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:
1. The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order
2. We are unable to verify your billing/payment information
3. Incomplete or incorrect address
4. Non-serviceable locations specified by customer
After the verification of images of product, inner & outer pakaging and Invoice copy, the replacement request will be created. we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
Delivery is usually safe, but, If you have received a damaged product then you may return the items to grademart. You should inform the details of your order and your concerns to grademart support team by email (support@grademart.com) or by phone (+919944712121) with in 24 hours of receiving the order at your end. The items should be returned before the agreed return period of the seller
Follow the below steps to cancel your order.
1. Send a cancellation request to support@grademart.com2. Once your request is approved, repack the product and handover it to assigned courier or ship it directly to the grademart warehouse.
3. Grademart will check the product once the shipment is received. The process of refund/replacement will takes place. If the product is not covered as per the return terms, same will be return back to you.
Post successful completion of the returns process, the order amount is credited to your grademart wallet account.
