Returns and Refunds

100% moneyback offer: We will refund you the entire order amount, if your issue is not resolved in max of 30days, via your wallet/store credit acount for eauivalent value.

We want you to be completely happy with your Grademart order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective Products. Used Products cannot be returned unless defective. Returned Products should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of Products.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Grademart Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned Products. The card can be used for purchases from any Grademart store, and online. In compliance with RBI law, for gifts valued at more than Rs.50,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than an Grademart Gift Card.

Returning Products by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Grademart order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.

Please allow 3 to 7 days for Grademart to process your return.

Returns And Replacement

We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order or the order as a whole is cancelled. We shall contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

grademart allows return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If sealed package of branded products is open
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)

If you have received a damaged product or package with missing parts of the items ordered or if the product received in not in working condition , then you may return the items to grademart. You should inform the details od\f your order and your concerns to grademart support team by email (support@grademart.com) or by phone (99) with in 24hours of receiveing the order at your end. The items should be returned before the agreed return period of the seller

Apart from the initial period, grademart still allows returns for upto 15 days from delivery in the following cases:

  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)

After the initial period though, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website

  3. Return the Shipment

Post successful completion of the returns process, the order amount is credited to your account

Once the refund is approved at our end, your refund amount will be credited to your grademart wallet account, which can be utilised for your next purchase on grademart.com. It may take 2 to 3 days to complete the refund to your wallet account.

All refund request will be processed only after the item has been returned to our warehouse

Initiating Return

To initiate the return process of eligible products please share the following required images atsupport@grademart.com

1. Images of Product

Please take clear & good resolution images of the product, highlighting the concerned issue in details.

2. Images of Inner & Outer Packaging

Please take clear & good resolution images of the inner packaging & outer packaging, this is crucial especially
in cases of damaged or missing items scenarios.

3. Image of Invoice

The hard copy of invoice can be found along with the delivered product

4. Image of Cancelled Cheque/ Passbook / Account details

Image of bank details is required only in cases of COD/ NEFT payment modes.

This is required for seamless refund into the bank account without any account details errors

5. Bank Details image should clearly mention

  • Account Holder’s name (as per bank records)
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • IFSC Code

Once all the images are shared, the Return's Team at grademartwill carefully validate and on confirmation will proceed to next step.

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
