Getting Started on GradeMart

Register your business, complete KYC and get approved to start selling.

This guide takes you from registration to your first approved listing. The whole process is self-serve through the Seller dashboard.

Register your business

  1. Open the Seller registration page.
  2. Enter your name, business email, mobile number and a strong password.
  3. Verify your business email with the 6-digit OTP we send you.
  4. Add your company name, GSTIN (optional) and the shipping origin — city, state and pincode where your products ship from.
  5. Submit. You receive a unique seller ID and your application enters review.
Note: Your seller ID is your identifier for support and settlement queries — keep it handy.

Approval & signing in

  • New sellers start with a PENDING status until GradeMart reviews the application.
  • Once approved, sign in through the Seller login with your email and password.
  • You'll land on the Seller dashboard with your orders, inventory and settlement overview.

Complete your KYC documents

Before you can fully operate, upload the required verification documents from the Tax Documents area. The exact set depends on whether you have a GSTIN.

Complete your profile

  • Shipping origin: city, state and pincode used to quote delivery times and shipping costs.
  • Company details and GSTIN — shown on your tax invoices.
  • Bank details for settlements (verified against your bank proof).
  • Serviceable pincodes, if you want to restrict where your products deliver.

Your first listings

Once approved and KYC-complete, add products from the Products area. You can create listings one by one or import many at once with the CSV/XML importer — see Products & Listings for the full workflow.
