Your Products area is where you build and manage everything buyers see — titles, prices, images, stock and variants. You can work listing by listing or import your entire catalogue in one go.
Create a product listing
- Go to Products and choose Add product.
- Enter the product name, brand, category and a description.
- Set the selling price and stock quantity.
- Upload product images — clear photos convert better and are required for most categories.
- Save. The listing goes live for buyers once you have completed any pending product settings.
Variants (multi-option products)
A variant is a distinct option of a base product — a drill set sold in different sizes, or gloves in different lengths. Each variant has its own SKU, price and stock.
- Give every variant a unique variantSku so orders and inventory stay precise.
- Variant price overrides the base price; variant stock overrides base stock.
- Buyers select a variant before adding to cart, and their choice is preserved on the order and invoice.
Bulk import with CSV or XML
Use the exporter to download your current catalogue as a template, fill it in, and re-import it. Unknown or misspelled headers are ignored, so your data stays clean.
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| parentSku | Base product identifier — groups variants of the same product. |
| name | Product title shown to buyers. |
| price | Base price of the product. |
| stock | Base stock count. |
| variantSku | Unique identifier for a specific variant (e.g. a drill bit size). |
| variantName | Variant label, such as '8 mm'. |
| variantPrice | Variant-specific price override. |
| variantStock | Variant-specific stock count. |
| variantAttributes | Extra variant attributes, for example {"diameter":"8mm"}. |
Product images
- Upload high-resolution images; they are stored persistently for your product.
- Consistent backgrounds and lighting make your catalogue look professional.
- Images are served through an optimised pipeline so product pages load quickly.
Set returnability
For every product you decide whether it is returnable and the return window length (in days) buyers get after delivery. Sensible returnability increases buyer trust and conversion.
Why is my listing not visible?
- Your seller account must be ACTIVE and KYC documents approved.
- Products with zero stock show as out of stock until restocked.
- Check the product status in your Products list for any flags or missing required data.
