1. TallyPrime 1-Click Connector (Zero Install for Windows)
The GradeMart Tally Connector runs natively on your Windows PC using built-in PowerShell. It connects directly to your local TallyPrime (port 9000) every 15 minutes to synchronize Non-Moving stock quantities and purchase costs to GradeMart Cloud without requiring any third-party software installation.
- Open TallyPrime on Windows: Start TallyPrime and ensure your company is loaded.
- Enable Local Connectivity (Port 9000): In Tally, press F1 (Help) ➔ Settings ➔ Connectivity ➔ Client/Server configuration. Set 'TallyPrime acts as' to 'Both' and set Port to 9000. Restart Tally if prompted.
- Create or Designate Stock Group: Go to Gateway of Tally ➔ Create ➔ Stock Group ➔ Name: 'Non Moving' (under Primary). You can also use sub-groups; any item nested under 'Non Moving' is automatically detected.
- Assign Liquidation Items: Go to Gateway of Tally ➔ Alter ➔ Stock Item ➔ select your surplus item ➔ set 'Under' to 'Non Moving'.
- Download Pre-Configured Connector: In GradeMart Seller Console (Integrations), click 'Connect Tally' ➔ 'Create Tally connection' ➔ 'Download 1-Click Windows Connector (.zip)'.
- Launch the Connector: Extract the ZIP on your computer and double-click 'run-tally-connector.bat'. Keep the command window minimized on your taskbar.
- Set to Run Automatically on Boot (No Daily Manual Run): Press Win + R on your keyboard, type 'shell:startup', and press Enter. Create a desktop shortcut of 'run-tally-connector.bat' and paste it into this Startup folder. Windows will now launch the connector in the background whenever your computer turns on!
Tip: Zero Manual Effort: Once placed in your Windows Startup folder, the connector runs silently in the background every 15 minutes. You do not need to manually run the BAT file every day.
Note: Private Cost Floor Protection: Your Tally purchase rate is securely stored in your private seller vault. It is NEVER exposed to buyers or displayed on the public storefront. It serves exclusively as your internal cost floor to ensure your listings are never sold at an unintended loss.
2. Zoho Commerce & Zoho Inventory Cloud Integration
Connect your official Zoho Commerce store or Zoho Inventory catalog to synchronize catalog items, live warehouse stock levels, and automated product feeds.
- Retrieve Organization ID: Log in to Zoho Inventory or Zoho Commerce, click your profile avatar (top right corner), and copy your Organization ID.
- Register Self-Client in Zoho API Console: Visit https://api-console.zoho.in (or https://api-console.zoho.com for international domains). Click 'Add Client' ➔ select 'Self Client' ➔ copy your Client ID and Client Secret.
- Generate OAuth Refresh Token: In the 'Generate Code' tab, enter the following scopes: 'ZohoCommerce.catalog.READ,ZohoCommerce.catalog.UPDATE,ZohoInventory.fullaccess.all'. Set duration to '10 minutes', choose your portal, and generate your code. Exchange it for a permanent Refresh Token.
- Connect on GradeMart: Go to GradeMart Seller Console ➔ Integrations ➔ click 'Connect Zoho'. Enter your Data Centre (e.g. zoho.in), Organization ID, Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token, and Storefront Domain.
- Save & Trigger First Sync: Click 'Save Zoho connection', then click 'Sync now'. GradeMart background workers will pull your catalog and live stock without interrupting storefront speed.
Important: Ensure your Zoho OAuth Refresh Token has full catalog read and update permissions so inventory stock adjustments synchronize seamlessly.
3. Excel & Google Sheets Bulk Upload
For sellers who manage catalog data in spreadsheets, GradeMart offers both direct Excel (.xlsx) / CSV file imports and continuous Google Sheets live synchronization.
- Download the GradeMart Excel Template: In Seller Console ➔ Products, click 'Export' ➔ 'Excel (.xlsx)', or download the pre-formatted blank template.
- Fill Required Columns: Provide truthful details for each product: SKU (unique identifier), Product Title, Price excluding GST, Available Stock Quantity, Category, HSN Code, GST Rate (e.g. 18), and at least one public HTTPS Image URL.
- Fill Recommended B2B Attributes: For maximum search visibility, fill MRP / List Price, Brand, Country of Origin, Weight in grams, and Package Dimensions (Length, Width, Height in mm).
- Option A - Direct File Import: In Seller Console ➔ Products, click 'Import', select your completed .xlsx or .csv file, review the row preview, and confirm upload.
- Option B - Google Sheets Live Sync: Upload your completed spreadsheet to Google Drive. In Seller Console ➔ Integrations, click 'Connect Google Sheet', authorize read-only access, and paste your Sheet URL. GradeMart will automatically pull updates directly from your cloud sheet.
Tip: Need to update prices or stock in bulk? Simply export your existing product list as Excel from the Products page, update the 'Price' and 'Stock' columns, and re-import. All changes update instantaneously.

- Confidentiality of Purchase Costs: Any purchase rates or cost prices pulled from Tally or Excel remain strictly confidential in your encrypted seller partition. They are never shared with buyers, competitors, or third parties.
- Mandatory One-Time Admin Review: To maintain marketplace integrity and B2B catalog quality, newly discovered products imported from any integration enter 'PENDING_REVIEW' status until GradeMart administrators verify HSN codes and image compliance. Once approved, all subsequent price and stock changes synchronize immediately without waiting.
