1. Prerequisites
- An active Zoho Inventory or Zoho Commerce organization.
- Administrator access to your Zoho account to register an API client in the Zoho API Console.
- An active GradeMart Seller Account (https://www.grademart.in/seller).
2. Step-by-Step Setup
- Copy Your Zoho Organization ID: Log in to your Zoho Inventory or Zoho Commerce dashboard (e.g. https://inventory.zoho.in). Click your profile avatar / organization name in the top right corner. Copy the 9-to-11 digit Organization ID (e.g., 60061269851).
- Open the Zoho API Console: Visit https://api-console.zoho.in (for India DC accounts) or https://api-console.zoho.com (for US/Global accounts).
- Add a Self-Client: Click 'Add Client' in the top right ➔ choose 'Self Client' ➔ click 'Create'. Note down your Client ID and Client Secret from the 'Client Secret' tab.
- Generate the Grant Code: In the same Self-Client screen, switch to the 'Generate Code' tab. In the 'Scope' field, enter the following exact scopes: ZohoCommerce.catalog.READ,ZohoCommerce.catalog.UPDATE,ZohoInventory.fullaccess.all. Set 'Time Duration' to '10 minutes', enter Description 'GradeMart Catalog Sync', and click 'Create'. Copy the generated code.

- Save Connection in GradeMart: Go to GradeMart Seller Console ➔ Integrations ➔ click 'Connect Zoho'. Enter your Data Centre (e.g., India zoho.in), Organization ID, Client ID, Client Secret, Refresh Token, and Storefront Domain (e.g., store.example.com). Click 'Save Zoho connection'.
- Run the First Sync: Find your newly connected Zoho source in the connected table and click 'Sync now'. GradeMart background workers will pull your catalog, map categories and HSN codes, and begin continuous inventory monitoring.
Tip: Background Worker Safety: Catalog sync runs asynchronously on background workers. You can leave the page, close your browser, or fulfill orders without interrupting the synchronization.
